Cancellation & Refund Policy
SUNIL NARAJA is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a flexible cancellation policy for its API services. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after purchasing the API subscription. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the API access has already been provisioned and used.
- Refunds or replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the API service delivered is not functioning as described or expected.
- In case of technical issues or defects in the API service, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once our technical team has verified the issue. This should be reported within the same day of encountering the issue. If the API service does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within the same day of experiencing the issue. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
- In case of complaints regarding API services that come with third-party dependencies, please refer the issue to the respective third-party provider. For any refunds approved by SUNIL NARAJA, it will take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
